Migrio facilitates bookings and services between Service Seekers and independent Experts or Advisors. Our goal is to keep the process fair, transparent, and easy to understand.

Cancellations
How cancellations work for 1:1 bookings.
Refund eligibility depends on who cancels and when the cancellation happens.
Service Seeker cancellation — full refund
If you cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled session, you are eligible for a full refund.
Late cancellation or no-show
Cancellations within 24 hours of the session, or missed sessions without notice, may not be refundable.
Expert or Advisor cancellation
If an Expert or Advisor cancels a confirmed session, the Service Seeker receives a full refund.
Repeated cancellations
Experts or Advisors who repeatedly cancel confirmed bookings may face account review.

Missed sessions
What happens if someone does not attend.
Migrio protects the party who showed up and was ready for the session.
Service Seeker no-show
If the Service Seeker does not attend, the booking may be marked as completed and no refund may be issued.
Expert or Advisor no-show
If the Expert or Advisor does not attend, the Service Seeker receives a full refund.
Held payment handling
Held payments are released or refunded based on attendance, delivery, and platform review.

Service-based engagements
Refunds for service-based work.
Migrio uses a hold-and-release model to protect Service Seekers until agreed work is delivered.
Payment collected
Payment is collected when a booking or service is confirmed.
Funds held securely
Funds are held securely and are not released immediately to the provider.
Released on completion
Payment is released when the agreed service has been delivered and completed.
Service not delivered
If the service is not delivered as agreed, the held payment may be refunded after Migrio review.

Disputes
How satisfaction issues and disputes are handled.
If a Service Seeker is not satisfied with a delivered service, Migrio provides a fair review process.
Raise the issue on Migrio
Disputes must be raised through Migrio within the allowed dispute window.
Case review
Migrio may review communication records, agreed scope, and delivery evidence.
Resolution determined
A resolution may include a partial refund, full refund, or another fair outcome.
Neutral facilitator
Migrio acts as a neutral facilitator between both parties, not as the service provider.

Refund processing
Refund timing and non-refundable situations.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, but processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.
Original payment method
Approved refunds are returned to the payment method used at the time of booking.
Processing time
Refunds may take several business days depending on your bank or card provider.
Non-refundable situations
Refunds may not apply if the service was delivered as agreed, the Service Seeker missed the session, or the request was submitted outside the dispute period.
Abuse and misuse
Repeated or fraudulent refund requests may result in account review, suspension, or removal from Migrio.

Changes to this policy.
Migrio may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy as the platform evolves. Significant changes will be communicated through the platform in advance.
